- Submit Your Proposal: Enter your submission and pay a one-time $500 consultation fee. Our business experts will review and provide detailed feedback. (If you idea isn't approved, we refund half your fee.)
- Refine and Register: Update your proposal with feedback, then register your business after final approval.
- Launch Your Campaign: Publish your FlockTank crowdfunding page and invite the community to invest.
- Hire Your Staff: Our integrated application system bridges your supporters and your candidate pool together.
- Start Your Co-Op: Use the investments to open your co-op. Leverage the FlockList to utilize services from existing EconChangers Co-Ops.
FlockWorker:
Business Operations
EconChangers Co-Ops are equipped with FlockWorker – our suite of software solutions that simplify HR, accounting, inventory, and payroll management. We provide training and expert guidance to help you make the most of the system.
Integrated Analytics
Our reporting infrastructure gives you instant access to reports and raw data on your business, empowering rapid decision-making and a single source of truth on numbers.
3% Revenue Cost
Our current pricing model is a 3% revenue expense for full access to the FlockWorker system. Once we and our family of co-ops have grown, our intent is to evaluate what maximum and minimum prices make sense. Fairness to both emerging and well-established EconChangers Co-Ops will be paramount to any decisions.
FlockList:
Bids for New Co-Ops
New EconChangers Co-Ops will need many services, such as construction and web design, to begin their businesses. Configure a FlockList bid with details on the service, price, and discounts or perks offered for new co-ops to automatically generate opportunities for work.
General Customers
FlockList also allows you to create a profile and similar listings for anyone to see. Co-op supporters from anywhere have access to your products and information.
