Our Mission: unleash the worker cooperative movement by building a full-service ecosystem that makes co-ops simple, sustainable, and scalable. We will connect aspiring worker-owners with experts, tools, and support at every stage – from idea to thriving business.

Our Vision: we believe the EconChangers movement will restore the American Dream for every employee. We exist to make worker ownership the norm, picturing a future where employees are engaged and enriched in the workplace.

Our Goals
- Profit-Sharing Collectives: for skilled groups of authors, artists, musicians, or creators wanting to collaborate. From in-person events to digital subscriptions, we plan to develop a platform for supporting any project.
- Industry Breadth: we aim for every employee, investor, and customer to have at least one EconChangers Co-Op option available.
- Grow Our Team: we are seeking talented folks who want to advance the EconChangers mission. If you feel compelled to reach out, we would love to hear your thoughts on how you can help.

About the Founder

Founder Introduction
My name is Samuel Forcum – for nearly a decade, I've designed digital data access, analysis, and management systems for higher education, healthcare, and real estate. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I've learned how to reduce errors, save time, and create smarter workflows. Whether supporting individual departments across the university or providing the C-Suite of a real estate startup with insights before and after acquisition by Realtor.com, I have enjoyed working in many different settings.

My Foundation
What started as a focus on helping businesses improve reporting and efficiency has grown into a larger mission – to facilitate the broad adoption of employee ownership. I believe companies should share profits fairly with employees, use technology responsibly, and stay transparent with the public. That belief is the foundation of EconChangers – and the movement I hope you'll join.
